	Entering the house you will be surrounded by the elegance of the two story (15'3" x 15'4") Living Room with 24' ceiling. Light floods into this room from the windows surrounding the rotunda, from the covered Veranda / Pool and from the covered Veranda / Spa.
	The (11'6" x 13'8" Formal Dining room is just off the Living Room. The double doors lead to a private Patio / Garden . The Guest Bathroom is to the right of the Dining Room, as you are viewing it.
	Turn left to the covered Veranda where you will find the optional screened in waterfall and spa. What a wonderful way to retreat to your own private garden and still enjoy the soothing sounds of the water as it cascades over the rock wall.

	This is the view from the covered Veranda overlooking the pool. By lowering the Optional Hurricane Shutters, this room may be shut off from the pool during inclement weather and enjoyed as a separate room. 	The fully equipped Kitchen is part of the Gathering Room / Kitchen area. You will enjoy the many Standard features from the granite counter tops, to the all wood cabinets, to the little things like adjustable under-cabinet lights.

	The ( 13' 9" x 19') Master Suite has sliding doors to the Pool and covered Veranda and the covered 2nd Veranda with the Waterfall / Spa.
	The large Master Bath with shower and whirlpool tub. The large Closet / Dressing Room area is at the far end of the bath.
This is another view of the Master Bath looking toward the Roman Soaker Bath into the Waterfall / Spa area. The beautiful Master Shower is to the right in this picture.
	Suite 2 / Study (13'9" x 12'4") makes a perfect 3rd bedroom or home office / study.
	Suite 3 (12"2' x 11' 2") has sliding doors to the covered Veranda with waterfall and spa. Notice how the sliding glass doors disappear into the wall, leaving a uncluttered opening to the Veranda.
	The spacious 2nd Bathroom is shared by the Suites 2 & 3 with doors leading to each Suite.
